What license is necessary to "compile+sign" for C++ or Java ?

My company did not purchase this "NX Open NET Author" license for NX9. For NX8 all you needed was "NS5020CAD" license.

Yes, Compiling with the \UGOPEN\NXSigningResource.res Then using \ugnx80\UGII\SignLibrary.exe to sign it. For NX9 compiling with the NXSigningResource.res is the same process. But for signing in NX9 there is a different program \ugnx90\UGII\SignDotNet.exe. But it doesnt work.

Hello, When I apply the PREFERENCES-->VISUALIZATION-->NAMES/BORDERS-->VIEW OF DEFINITION not all the Points are showing. Please see attached pic. Both Points are on the same layer. Both Points are on the same Reference Set. I have no idea why one Point will show its name and the other will not?
