Compression ratio is around 11.5
310 degree camshaft
ported heads
open/ optimized exhaust by computer program
I saw gains (peak HP) with 100 octane fuel from a different brand
I saw gains (area under the TQ curve) with just a change (reduction) in the diameter of the exhaust end
and you see...
Hello,
Exist some old tricks - recommendations for quick changes during fine dyno tuning to maximize power ??
(racing old style engine)
for example:
different fuel
carb. height change (differet spacer)
antireverse plate
exhaust tailpipe diameter change
etc
etc
Thanks for any tips
Radek
So, is mainly mechanical problem to maintan head/piston in safe without mutual contact?
Yes , this area is quite short
Original dimension is 1.4mm head gasket+0.4mm piston top under block face
now block is milled -0,7mm
new area dimension 1,1mm
Hello,
How way intake runner surface affects flow numbers and power results?
(two same runner volume with different surface)
(rough vs smooth)
Thank You
Radek
V6 engine bore 94, stroke 68 mm, redline 7000 rpm,
original steel connecting rods, forged pistons, 100 octane fuel,
we want to get some compression ratio with block milling but keep safe piston to head distance.
Thank You,
I'm will trying to be more specific,
toe setting recommendation is +1mm per left wheel, +1mm per right wheel (+2mm total)
If is +2mm left and 0mm right wheel
I know about steering wheel position change, but exist difference in tire wear and car stability?
According by wikipedia, Taycan have different weight distribution, can be reason? Interesting asymmetric values, but is really under 2Dg/m difference too much?
I love real cars K&C data !!!
it would also be interesting to know the compliance data of both cars
Some workshops measure damping on...
