    SW11 Forming Tools Not Working

    I would like to do the cylinder and then cut off ramp. I can sketch cylinder. I do not know how to cut. I know it's funny but I want to learn :) if you please tell me about the process of how to build a ramp to the top I have SolidWorks2013 my english is not the best :) thank you
