I am considering purchasing a copy of ANSI Y14.100.
Can someone tell me about the contents of the standard?
More specifically: Does Y14.100 actually contain information or is it just a list of other standards that would need to be purchased separately?
I'm just airing my grievances here, but has anyone else come to the conclusion that the SW toolbox is more trouble than it's worth!?
