    Thank you LittleInch, I normally prefer to use ASTM A694 forged fittings with a grade to match that of main pipe grade at least to the first flange. In cases where a nipple is required, I do not know if they make nipples also to Grade X65.

    Is it ok Welding A105 forged fittings to 5L GR-X65 pipe or should use A694 GR-F65 weldolets, nipolet, etc.
