Is there a website that references the most current standards(US, Europe, etc)? I work for a fabrication company wanting to do work with companies who design their product with European standards, so we need to purchase these standards and need to know what is the current rev.

I have a customer that is looking for a part that requires S690QL. Does anyone have a good ASTM substitute for this item? Also does anyone have a credible conversion table for all types of European to ASTM?
