where's my star[indian]!! im the one that noticed the etching haha JK[angel] but now try not shutting off nitrogen and just bleed off the line you might not have a leak because even if you don't have a leak you would still lose a couple cuts after etching if you don't bleed line [deejay]

yes I can almost guarantee that's what is causing you to lose cuts try etching entire sheet first then cutting I think your cuts will improve.

I just noticed etching!! are you etching all parts? if so are they getting all etched at the beginning of program or is every part getting etched and cut one at a time? im asking because I lose the first few cuts after an etch no matter what I do.

are your slats worn down? I just recently drew our slats .0125 taller and got incredible improvements on our cuts, I did this because I figured the slat holders have had to sag over time so I made up the difference and got really good results......back to what u were saying ive noticed the same...

my cutting conditions are .....FEED RATE.40. POWER.3700 FREQ.1500 DUTY.100 GAS PRESS.0.10 GAS tIME.2.0 NOZZLE GAP.0.0300 FOCAL INCH-0.098 and my material info is set to STD these should get you at least going in the right direction hope it helps 2thumbsup

Hello[peace], after some security updates my Dr. Abe Blank software had to get Backed up and restored and some of my settings got reset, and now I cant figure out how to get my program name to show up at the top of NC code so I can see it on my control.
