I'm struggling to create an angled flange in Catia and was wondering if shed some light on how to do it. I've included an image as an attachment to this message of the flange that I'm trying to create.
Currently when I make a flange in Catia (aerospace sheet metal design), the flange comes out...
Thanks.
My plane was nested, so I made an isolated plane instead and it worked out.
I ran into an additional problem but managed to solve it.
The plan was to create an offset a plane from the xz plane, then rotate it and make my joggle on the rotated plane.
The joggle didn't work on the rotated...
Just tried to create a joggle on a surfacic flange. I received an error message saying that both my plane and my surfacic flange 'are involved in an update cycle'. What does this mean, and how can I get my joggle to work?
I was in an aerospace sheet metal design, and after creating some flanges, performing a few joggles and making some folds, all the 3D aspects to my sheet (all flanges and folds) have disappeared.
They still appear in the product tree, they are still all active and I have done nothing to ever...
