Hi @tkks2040, Thanks for your reply. I have tried to remove all the BC and recreate them again but the error still occurs. Here the new inp. after remaking all the BC again. Does "redefine the node set" means re-selecting the node in BC? cause thats what I do. Could I have done it wrongly...

    Wire Bending on Roller.

Hi, Im trying to simulate a wire bending on a roller. Im doing this with axis-symmetry plane analysis. However my explicit analysis end up with "NODE SET ASSEMBLY__PICKEDSET19 HAS NOT BEEN DEFINED". I have been modifying the BC of part 2-1 which i assume the node set is located. Im gladly to...

Pulling wire on several rollers with a back tension [Simulation]

Hi IceBreakerSours, Thank you for your time looking at this thread [bigsmile]. This is my first post so i could be missing several important things in posting a good question. To start off, the rollers are called "Killing Roller". It functions to break any defect wire (surface pores...

Pulling wire on several rollers with a back tension [Simulation]

Hi engineers, Could i have your ideas/opinions on how to simulate following case: Im trying to simulate an initially straight flexible wire, that going through several rollers, in vice versa position (top and bottom) with a back tension on the wire to keep it under tension. Attached is the...
