    Cost of rock excavation using non-explosive method

    Anyone can help me with the estimation of cost for Rock excavation for 220 Kv High tension tower foundations. One tower leg is of 3mx3mx3m depth. It is an area with volcanic rock and dynamites are not an option. How much should I cost for a cubic meter of excavation there? Thanks
