Recently our welding plant in Perth closed & starts operations at another country with new welding machines.
Does the WPS/PQR procedure used at old plant can be transferred to new plant or any other procedure for sharing accordance ASME IX?
Please advise.

The HT process as below,
Base material 17-4 H1075, Required 17-4 H900...
Annealing @ 850°C for 2 Hours
Quenching @ 1020°C for 2.5 Hrs (Gas Cooling)
Tempering 1 @ 480°C for 3 Hrs & Tempering 2 @ 475°C for 3Hrs to achieve hardness Min 40HRC.

Once we done annealing & HT to H900 Condition, will be the material yield strength and tensile strength as per H900 or different from H900 mechanical...

Recently we weld with Nicr-A on N06625 using GTAW but at the end of welding, we found cracks.
So, we grind the crack area & re-weld. But, Crack become worse.
Need before & after weld guide and advise to avoid crack.

Especially quenching temperature & holding hours and tempering.

Our base material Monel400 and weld overlay CoCr-A/Stellite 6 powder, PTA/PAW(Plasma Arc Welding) process.
Pre-heat to 250°C before welding. After welding found to be more porosity & improper fusion.
Please advise for correct procedure.

My material 4130 NACE with normalised + hardened + tempered condition. Wanted to weld with Inconel 625.
Can advise whether 4130 needs to do stress relief before welding & PWHT after welding?
