Design Pressure = 90 bar
Design Temp = 60 degree celcius
Fluid = Natural Gas ( Fuel Gas )
Inside Storage we have maintain 60 degree Celsius, so there is a trace heating
This is a storage Tank(capacity 261 m3). when the system shutdown from storage tank it will supply gas to Plant.
For buffer storage tanks, we use same calculation wall thickness as per ASME b 31.3 , so as per my calculation its 30 mm thick . its too high for 40 inch.
pipe size = 40 inches
pipe placing parallel and 1.5 meter distance
for connecting pipe i have to use elbow or 180 degree bend
in my design pipe is reduced at the bend so can you please suggest the reducer size ,

Pipe Mterial = API 5L Gr 70 psl2 LSAW.
Design Pressure = 63.5 Bar
Design Temp = 85 degree celcius
corrosion Allowance = 3 mm
if LSAW we use the equation thickness = PxD / 2(SE+PY)

I have seen two equation,
Test Pressure = 1.5 design pressure
or
Test pressure = (1.5 x design pressure x allowable stress...

How to select piping and fittings materails for Gas Pipe line , if the design conditions are given like Design temperature and Design Pressure.
If the medium change like if there is preheater we use water as medium, so the piping material change or not ?

In NDT we have testing ,Positive Material Testing(PMI) , can i know more about that , mainly,
-how this test conduct
-if we need separate specimen for testing
-also the cost if possible.
