    Wye Wye Transformer Grounding/Bonding

Thank for the information all It seems that removing the neutral conductor on the XO (208V) side fixes the problem. I have been reviewing and I can't see any reason that this would not be a suitable long term solution. Any thoughts?

    Wye Wye Transformer Grounding/Bonding

These readings were with the transformer energized from the low side - the 208V utility side. The solar is on the 480V side, but the breaker feeding that was open. This was discovered while preparing to connect the PV array the grid.

    Wye Wye Transformer Grounding/Bonding

We have a customer who has 480V solar array that is backfeeding a 120/208V building service via a 750KVA Dry-Type Grnd-Wye to Grnd-Wye step down transformer. This transformer has been provided with a grounded Delta tertiary winding We have 4 wires (A,B,C,N,G) to the High side and Low side of...

PV Inverter - Voltage Rise on One Phase

Its rises over time with the increase in power being exported (i.e. when the sun is shining). I cannot figure why it is only on one phase

PV Inverter - Voltage Rise on One Phase

I'm troubleshooting a PV installation where we have 10 3Ø inverters tied into a single switchboard then running a few hundred feet to the point of interconnection at a dedicated pad mount transformer. When the PV panel main breaker is off, all voltages are nominal L-G 277V range. When the...

    Transformer protection Curve

I am in the middle of a discussion with an equipment supplier who is saying my fusing for transformer protection is undersized per his tables. I have modeled the curve in ETAP using the FLA of the transformer and plotting it against the magnetizing inrush and the damage curve. Is the 1.4 FLA...
