I am modelling the electrical drive of an Industrial Robot. Now the robot need to be hold at positions for a longer time. The speed is zero at this point. My Physics Simulation engine, return the holding torque of the motor at these points. How do i convert these values to holding power

Consider the case of Robot Arm, radial movement. When the arm is to be holded at 40degree, where the velocity is zero, we have zero velocity torque acting. How come there is no power in motor in this case.
