Hi, When you say visualisation, you mean a computer system? If so, we have built complete water treatment plant with SCADA/PLC system. SCADA is an excellent system for visualisation and it is scalable and easily modified to visulaise your plant as it changes. tkyeo- tkyeo

Provided both PLC has DH+ connection, you can tranfer information between the two PLC by writing some programs. You have to think about how the software will react in the event that the master PLC controlling the motor fails. Once you have these requirements you can design the software to work...- tkyeo
