I have an assy which contains a released sub assy. The sub assy is fully constrained. In my top line assy I wish to change a constraint in the sub assy and will ultimately create arrangements.
How do I do this?

I have an alumina datum bar on which a carriage slides. The carriage incorporates pads which slide on the alumina surface.
I am looking to improve the material choice of the pads to give the "better" low friction/low wear combination.
Any hard evidence would be ideal as time for testing is...
