chicopee yes water is used for cooling to make sure tank does not affect other tasnks

trashcanman' yes i use water for cooling the the tank i cant find a source for 0.1 gpm/ft2 i know that min density is 0.15 according to nfpa but at work they use 0.1 so i wanted to make sure

if i have a tank of fuel and i want to design cooling system for it i get water flow rate from equation Q= Area*Factor Factor is 0.1 gpm/ft.sqr and Area is Area total = shell area + roof area ? is that right ?
