Hi,
We have an application in which:
Fluid : C4
Temperature: -100°C ( minus)
Suction press: 31 bar
Discharge press: 34 bar
Seal: single, PN: SE04AA16A
Pump: Sundyne, LMV-801@ 3000 RPM
Problem: considerable leakage time to time.
Is there any idea to resolve the seal condition?
Thanks in...
Hello everybody,
Is there a way to decode the Sundyne part numbers?
for instance, a ball bearings with code of 6205 means a deep groove one 25 mm in diameter(bore).
Is there a same way for Sundyne P/N, for example what does JM71AA202412342 mean?
Thanks,
Pezhman
Hi Everybody,
Does somebody know what the "DR" code in Sundyne materials of construction refers to?
Specially when the wet parts e.g. diffuser, pump casing, etc. are concerned, for instance diffuser P/N: D02NF00DR547ABH
is it addressing to Duplex/Super Duplex?
Thanks in advanced for your...
Dear Johnny Pellin,
thanks for your comments, did they finally provide you with 1900 PSI?
Could you please present its performance curve( if possible)?
Best Regards,
Pezhman.
Hello everybody,
If you remember, I opened a thread for using a Sundyne pump for the following application:
Fluid: Water, Flow: 10m3/hr, Suction Press: 18 barg, Discharge Press: 140 barg.
Most of the experts are on this belief that either such an application will not be feasible or Sundyne...
Many thanks to you all.
As far as head is concerned, looks we are on the same wavelength.
Littleinch: you are wright, bar and that bloody unit(kg/cm^2) are slightly different, kn/cm^2 let say one Atmosphere is 101325 pa, and this additional 325 Pa difference makes the slight drift, however it is...
Hi,
We have an application in which required head is 150 barg and we are about to check if we can size a Sundyne pump for it.
Though in Sundyne documents maximum casing pressure is limited to 155 barg, the same pump is supposed to deliver head up to 1900 meters, let say 190 barg, which is an...
