I appreciate that advice, unfortunately I have tried those as well. The key is high power condensed into a dense flux point. Something to use for picking up something small with low magnetism.
The thing is that I have very little money. I would go to the doctor otherwise. These are my options, pull it out with an electromagnet or with a needle on my own. I am choosing magnet if someone can tip me on building one with a dense flux point.
