    CONTACT CONTROLS, AUTOMATIC TOLERANCES

    Hello, Can somebody explain to me how exactly does the option CONTACT CONTROLS, AUTOMATIC TOLERANCES work in a contact problem? I'm running a contact analysis and if I don't add this option it won't converge... so can I rely on the results with the automatic tolerances parameter enabled? Thanks
