I've heard those breakers are not the best LOL. If we were sure the building is going to be kept long term, I agree with you it would be a no brainer to change out breakers.
BTW, I found a different contractor that can test those T/Us... so I'm good for the interim.

Isn't primary injection a big deal to set up? Are all maintenance contractors able to do this? I'm in Canada and I'm not sure whether ANSI applies here, but if you can point me to any references on the subject I'd appreciate it!
