Attached is the staad model of a cladding support I have been designing. I cant seem to shake off the failure of two members due to H3-6(combined torsion and flexure).
I have tried releasing moment as well as providing braces and changing member size.

Thanks for the review but I am not inquiring about support.I have provided the support as pinned but since the continuous beams extending beyond column are also connected by clamps I would like to know whether providing releases of member is possible.I think releasing the members is not correct...
