Thank you for an AWESOME reply [smile]! I highly appreciate your comments.
Love to learn from these “experience” based comments with actual references. Made my day, especially the true d]story examples at the end [reading] [smile]!
Kind regards

Good day
I am after a MIL spec that states something related to fuelling on unlevelled aprons.
Some background on the problem I’m working on:
I want to establish a Fuelling procedure, I have looked at various fuelling scenarios and how it shifts the CG in the Lateral and Longitudinal axis, but...
indeed you are correct TimMck_Aero
One of my colleagues came to me with two bolts, received from maintenance. Both came out of a structure where bolts are used as you stated in your first (1) statement.
One of the bolts had some scuffs where the plating has been scratched and damaged.
The...
Good day everyone
I am wondering if someone can point me to a document of some sort that describes or discuss when a bolt is unfit to reuse. I'm thinking in the line of, type of scratches or markings that can be identified to indicate to one if it is dangerous or unsafe for reuse, for instance...
The CG height is based on the CAD models CG height.
I used it as it doesn't seem to change too much when the CG shifts to its extremities.
Any advice on further reading on M&B? especially regarding Leveling?

Thanks for the reply.
I get what you all are saying.
I only added the left-hand and right-hand MLG totals to get a so-called "MLG" for the purpose of this discussion as this was a 2-dimensional approach.
So if I take all the comments into account, it seems like I can conclude that it is...
rb1957 I totally understand that there is an 8KG difference. This might be due to a scale error it was a very hot day when the guys did this test... human error might also be a big factor. For all intended purposes the total A/C Weight can be assumed to be the same in Both cases A and B?
I can...
Hi All
Thank you all for the insight and guidance thus far. [thanks]
I take note of the above comments and appreciate it. But note the Configuration is known and controlled.
Just to recap: [tiphat]
This problem I'm trying to solve is only an investigation on my behalf, I'm trying to...
Can you please elaborate on what you mean?
I know the Height of the CG. It is about 2300mm heigh.
I don't quite understand how to mathematically predict the weight shift if the angle would be 0 Degrees?
Is it possible to "predict" how much weight will be on the nose LG at 0 Degrees?
Thanks...
Good day all
I am struggling to get my head around this one[ponder]
The situation is as follow;
If an aircraft is being weighed with 3 scales ( one at Each main Landing gear and one at the nose Landing gear) at a given and known angle for eg 4 degrees, is it possible to predict the GC at 0...
