    Carbonator for soda fountain. Has a water pump with motor connected to a soda tank to mix CO2 and water. If the tank is not grounded to sink the motor won't shut off. Why is this? Thanks 😊 Beverage tech.

    My meter will not measure capacitance on start capacitors that have a resistor between the terminals. It reads OL. Why does this happen?
