NO, I AM CONFUSE WITH THIS STATEMENT:
All protective relays shall be provided with at least two pairs of potential free isolated output contacts.
If all contacts are potential free/ dry type contacts than why it is mentioned separately?

why NGR are used for industrial application only?? Can i use neutral grounding resistors for transformer rated 33kv or more?? What effects it will cause on relay settings and Lightning arrestor Ratings??
