It depends upon the project specs. Usually criteria is: sag (-DY) should be less than 12.5 mm, and Axial Displacement less...
Just double click "FORCES/MOMENTS" tab at the node, where you wish to apply force/moments, and enter the values with signs.
Moreover, you also need to edit load cases, by adding "F1".

L1 W+T1+P1 (OPE)
L2 W+P1 (SUS)
L3 W+T1+P1+F1 (OPE+FORCE)
