It is a fuel pump test stand located in Texas.
That particular assembly is Jet Fuel. But there are similar assemblies of Water and Compressed air.
Fuel would be normal service fluid, and the water and are would be class D fluids
Design pressure-temperatures for all would be between 50-125 deg...
