It will be undervoltage on 2 phases on low side...if delta side is missing phase....generator will shut down...it depends from where phase is missing and relation between source power..and generator power by theory...but practically....generator will shut down!
7anoter4..thanks..but my question is for [10] on this sketch.Do we need to route back wire from outer semiconductive surface? Is it better for relay protection ?
Thanks all.Maybe I am not clear enought.Ground wire of power cable must be routed back throught core balance transformer...It is not clear for me.....ground wire of cable termination......from semiconductive layer of cable termination....do I need to route back?...or just connect to ground?
Hi all!
It is not clear and I can't find instruction about core balance current transformer and screen connection of MV termination.Ground wires of cable are routed back throught Core balace current tranformer....do we need to do the same for cables which earth semiconductive layer of cable...
Hi,
I think the key is Ingr.plant/Ingr.mine.NGR on plant/mine are the same...but current in second scenario would be Ingr plant, which is higher in subtransient stage, becouse there is no impedance of insulation transformer....even voltages are equivalent.Better scenario is 1!
Parchie,
Becouse half of outputs of controller were broken....i.e. now there is 6 steps instead of 12 and use the same contactors.
Thanks all! Thanks Che12345....yes there is no problem..the controller is working now...of course the power of output is enought for 2 contactors, also there is no...
Thank you all!Controller have self recognizing function.....so.. will recognize that...on this step there is 20KVAr...instead of 10KVAr,the output power is enought to switch 2 contactors....but I am not sure.....if there is some interval....in miliseconds time deviation between contactors..if...
Hi,all! There is power factor controller on LV network.A group of outputs...which control contactor for stages of capacitor banks...is not working...the reason is not interesting...loose connection somwhere inside the controller...Is there any technical reasons...not to connect 2...
Thanks for your answer RRaghunath! It is not possiible to contact manifacturer...or send to them....there is no manual....or with years it is lost! The tests are made after rain storms...but about 7 yeas...it is made 3 times. It is about 3 litres of oil,but transformer is small size...100 KVA....
Hi everyone! Can sameone explain is it possible to fill up sealed transformer on site? There is a drain valve on the bottom of transformer. After few procedures of oil sampling...how to prove oil level is ok?There is no oil level indicator. Can someone give me a procedure? Also there is a bad gasket...
It is very expensive to make compensation in MV.My case is 3km MV cable..and far away small transformer 75KVA...most of time light loaded. When it is loaded...there is no capacitance...or it is small compared to apparent energy....and I need to comutate at that moments reactor on LV...
Most of companies which work on this field, talks about inductive energy compensation. Most of solutions are based on condensator switching controllers.I understand that this is most common, but what about compensation of capacitive load? How is switched reactor? What kind of controllers are used?Did...
Hi everybody!
I am thinking about MV customer distribution substations....like a rule in my region MV switchgear is configured from left to right:input feeder/output feeder and after that transformer feeder.Last years manifacturers produce stations in witch first is transformer feeder..from left...
