    Does it allow to hot bending stainless steel round bar? Is that any risk with induction heating of it? Need to hot bend a large diameter 50mm SS304 round bar for holding down bolt . Does it need to do acid washing after that?

    Yes, this is high temperature application, using astm a193 b7 stud and 2H nut.

    Thanks for the advice, will try loctite and center punch. its for long term project, gonna figure out which is more cost effective and time saving.

    The temperature may go to 150 degree. Have tried Loctite 263 but no effective. The screw do not need to unscrew.
