Dad trying to repair a hoverboard - Lithium Cells Unbalanced?
Not an engineer, but humbly requesting information. When trying to charge the kids' "hoverboard" scooter, the charger (yes, I tested the charger for correct voltage w/ multimeter) causes the unit to light up and register as charging, but after hours of charging the unit still shows low charge...- hotmustard
