    P&ID Header / Branch configuration Schematically represented vs actual in the field?

    The question is "should a P&ID be schematically accurate in configuration to whats in the field"? or, does it not matter? The P&ID should have been followed, the piper is at fault or should have went to the engineer to confirm it was ok to change, then push the change to the P&ID.

    im curious to know what you guys typically deliver to your clients at 30%, 60%, 90% and IFC milestones? PFD's, P&ID's, One line plan, GA or equip location plan, Piping plans and sections, Isometric drawings for installation or fabrication, etc.
