If the costumer is requiring IP65 for none electrical things he doesn't have the competence that is needed to write a RFQ or such because he is asking for something that can not be delivered since no manufacturer will test there none electrical components according to that standard.

Well theoretically your 40Ah battery could deliver 500A for 4,8 seconds fully loaded.
I am assuming this batteri is a led acid one made for starting things and not for slow continuous outtake.
Easiest solution would be to buy another 40Ah one connect them in parallel, then you would have twice...
Is it even possible that the helicopter pilot did not see the plane heading straight to it, when you can see the lights from the plane and the helicopter at that distance in the video?
If the disturbance disappeared when you laid the string on the garage floor, it should be easy to exclude the garage lightning.
If you have the string in the attic and just turn of the power of to your garage light off you would see if it disappears then too.

The torque is decided by the load attached to the motor so it depends on what that load consists off.
Hydraulic motor, fan, conveyer and so on some have a consistent load at set speed some don't.
Could be, hard to tell with all the dust and shadows..

Maybe a reason to turn off the motors, I assume the plane would go in a "circle" if they had been on.
Well the back part of the engine cover is gone on the right motor could have happened at beginning of the landing strip though, its not possible to see on the video.
