    Hi guys, According to ASME BPVC Section VIII Div. 2, how would you classify the vessel thermal expansion effects on the skirt? Is it a primary loading applied on the skirt or a secondary loading? Thanks.

    Thanks for your answer! Although, I believe Annex 5.B is clear when it says that one should use the stress component histograms, and not the loading history. Thus, all the other doubts are still valid. Could someone please help me with them?!
