Thanks for your input. I have assumed it as a solid wall until I came across the article. The drag coefficient might be a factor in design optimization, but I do not see the reduction in wind pressures being significant.
Is there a section in the code describing the wind load reduction for shadowbox fences? The article below describes drag coefficient for porous fences but not specifically for shadowbox fence.
