Yep, I guess so. In my experience callouts for countersinks etc. have to be deliberately included, which is why I was not assuming this was just an error.
I have a customer drawing that calls out ⌵ ⌀0 x 0° on a 0.68" THRU hole. I can only think to interpret this as the THRU hole with no edge break.
I'm going to clarify with our customer but wondered if anyone else had insight since I've never seen this before.
