    I think they are the same thing, as rolled steel also called COIL, it could be provided under Hot-rolled or Cold rolled condition.

    Heat Treatment

    Morning, i've recieved a material certificate for B462 N08020 where as stated "MATERIAL STABILIZED AT 1130°C FOR 5H (WATER COOLED) AND ANNEALED AT 980°C FOR 3H (WATER COOLED" my question is, is it correct to stabilizing it at a higher temperature than annealing? Thanks.
