    Thanks for answering, Fly-away mass is not rotating at T=0, ejection system sets it in motion during first 0.15 second (Ejection system consists of compressed springs). As a result of ejection fly-away mass rotates with angular velocity of around 85 deg/s in 0.15s. To be honest I have no idea...
