Rated power of the three-phase motor inverters

Problem: The propulsion system of a train consists of inverter-fed three-phase induction traction motor. At base speed, the train has the speed 100 km/h. The maximum torque is (1.5Tn) where Tn is the rated torque and the breakdown torque is (1.875 Tn). The maximum speed of the train is...

    RMS of induction motor

Hey all! Problem: an induction motor is fed from a three-phase voltage source inverter connected to a DC voltage of 1500 V. Determine the RMS value (not the fundamental) of the motor voltage at 1.5 times base speed (base speed = 100 km/h)? any ideas on how to approach this problem!
