    Hi all, The anchor bolts installed in the stem wall are too high. 24" bolts were prescribed, but 30" bolts were sent to the job site and used. I believe these are 5/8" Simpson Strong Tie anchor bolts. There will be a standard 2" x 6" wall installed over these. What is the best way to remedy...
