As title said, need to control a pneumatic cylinder... once with low pressure till it reaches stroke X, then with high pressure to finish the stroke.
I suppose I can use two 5/2 valves, probably the easiest solution, but it still seems a little clumsy
How would you go about it? Is there a...
I'm going over some venturi vacuum generators, according to Festo, this vacuum generator has the feature of "ejector pulse valve" -- which is great, since it means I can release the vacuum. Thing is, I'm struggling to understand how could that feature be associated to a non-electronic part as...
Weird, really? I think I'm hearing the sound of the worm gears still spinning, or is it the sound of them "struggling" to spin which sounds almost the same as them spinning? Because the motor stalling sound is different IIRC
EDIT: Nevermind, just checked the sound of it stalling without the...

As you can see from the vid above, if I hold the output shaft strong enough, it doesn't rotate, but I still hear regular output noise from the stepper motor, so it seems that the gears are spinning normally. What is in fact happening? Does the internal cylinder have...
Thanks @BrianPetersen, it's working. Indeed, it felt like it was something basic. :) If you know any links/resources on grippers design, whether free or paid, feel free to drop 'em
Hi! Trying to figure out how they get the double-linkage gripper to be completely parallel throughout the stroke. This is a good example of what I mean

Couldn't find resources how to get it done. What's the formula or design...
