wavelength, beam parameter product, beam quality (mm*mrad), minimum laser light cable diameter
But I don't have the divergence angle theta...

Thanks for the hint. After removing the composite feature, I could finally create a face with the three individual curves.
The problem now is, the recorded journal doesn't record its area from measure.
If I want to get the green area, is there a better way than the method above...

The three curves don't intersect; otherwise I couldn't have made them composite.
I tried a intersect version, but still in vain...
Should the curves be intersect for the function "area from curves"?

However the system told me error, when I tried each time...
