Can you please provide good design reference guide to repair that big hole in the concrete? Or tips based on experience? Assuming exposed tendon are also corroded. Thanks!

I thought even PT Slabs can be poured in lifts, therefore the panel line in between is there.
Also i thought these holes are where the post-tensioning tendons are anchored.
But anyway, I am no expert on the subject. Appreciate your opinions!
Assuming this is precast prestressed slab, the building is only 3 stories so I won't be surprised if it is not a pt slab. I could not find any as-builts though. But are there any way to repair a precast pretension slab if that's what it turn out to be?

If a project has 200 windows, and your job is to design a structural engineering drawing to repair and replace all 200 windows framing.
However, it is solely one design since all 200 windows are same sizes.
How much would you charge the client in this case? Is there a rule of thumb...
We are actually re-doing then from scratch, so i an not certifying existing conditions. We are knocking then down and redesigning brand new ones. Does that constitutes less liability in your opinion?
