    So 0 possibility for it to be a PT Slab? I thought even PT Slabs can be poured in lifts, therefore the panel line in between is there. Also i thought these holes are where the post-tensioning tendons are anchored. But anyway, I am no expert on the subject. Appreciate your opinions!

    Assuming this is precast prestressed slab, the building is only 3 stories so I won't be surprised if it is not a pt slab. I could not find any as-builts though. But are there any way to repair a precast pretension slab if that's what it turn out to be?
