NPSHr (H2O vs Flowing Fluid) and Calculations
Feet is indeed feet regardless of fluid. However the NPSHr for hydrocarbons can be up to 50% lower than water. For your NPSHa calculation you also need to take into account elevation and pressure loss in the suction line.- zman22
