    Yep, like that. I've also found one now through Matsuada that could work. We were hoping for high frequency, but that is looking cost prohibitive. DC may cut it though; currently not quite sure.

    What's the best method for getting a 50 kV at 1500 W in a lab setting? Power supplies at these voltages seem to mostly be fairly low power (the highest I've seen was 120 W.) Anyone know of anything more convenient than a power line transformer (if that's even a functional idea.)?
