I do my math in Word (Calculate in Word Add-in), so I don't have to copy and past the math. Output from other programs, like RFEM I do have to copy and paste.

For me it's really important to have an efficient workflow. The copying and pasting of the Mathcad results into my Word document is to much of a hassle.

I always want to have the units in the proper capitalization, in my report and also on my drawings.
