    Is it possible to draw a true spiral in Acad. The spiral I'm trying to create is a polyline starting from a center point with a groove spacing of 5/32". I've done it with offset circles but that's not a true spiral. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ron

    Subtract function in 3D

    Thank You all for your input. I ended up starting the drawing over from scratch and going about the operation in a different manner. It worked fine with the new method. The drawing wasn't all that complex so it was only a minor inconvenience to start over.

    I am receiving a new error when trying to subtract a solid from another in 3D. The error is : Inconsistent Containment of Intersection Curve. I started with a copy of the object and sliced a segment off. Now I'm trying to subtract that segment from the original piece.

    This may be simple but I haven't figured it out yet, still learning. How can you cause an action when hovering over a button or label. Example: Showing the score that will be entered when hovering the mouse before actually entering it with a click. Thanks for your help.
