    plastic plating corrosion

    Hello! I have some plastic plated parts LCP plated with 2um Cu/2um Ni/1 um Au. However, I found corrrosion / pitting on the surface after a short period of time under environmental chamber (84%, 85C). Anyone can help me on this?
