    Because I need a wideband(200MHz) at high frequency(1100GHz) and fine channel spacing with fast switching (~10usec) for a real-time moisture measuring system. However this is only an idea because the measuring system is under development and the design specifications aren't well known. Bye

    The DDS over 1GHz have a high DC consumption(~500mA) so in a offset reference PLL I can use a DDS like offset reference at lower frequency (lower consumption) and PLL to work at higher frequencies having so low DC consumption. BYE
