    AutoCAD learning assistance

    I am trying to use AutoCAD 2000 learning assistance. I can't seem to bring up the video demo, but the audio is fine. The Windows Media Player icom is displayed but no video. I have the latest update installed of Media Player and it works ok by itself. Does anyone know what is wrong? Thanks, bigbill

    I have seen a lot of AutoCAD drawings with areas shaded with very light colors (usually Architectural plan views). I would like to use this feature in my work, but if I use "hatch solid" the fill in is way to dark. Can anyone give me instructions on the way to lightly shade areas. Thanks

    I just made an assembly drawing. I input a 4.375 dim on a shaft length. When I went to put a dim. line on this part the dim text showed 4.369. How can this happen? My osnap and ortho were on, shouldn't the line snap to the input dimension? Thanks, Bill Rolland
