I am wondering how to prevent the oxidation of product after packaging. We put a 40% solution of sodium bisulfite(mixed with water 60%) into HDPE pails(5 gallon) and seal them. The pails then collapse inward therefore disorting the pails. Can we do something different to prevent this...
